Sights and Sounds

Hitting the beach in a foreign country was the greatest benefit of being in the Navy, and being 17 or 18 years old. Vietnam and the combat zone were quickly forgotten when the first sight of Hong Kong or Taiwan appeared on the horizon. It is hard to put this into words. I hope these pictures bring back some of those memories.
